How to Redeem Your Discount

Redeeming your Black Friday discount is simple:

Go to the Pricing page and select the product you want.
Review your selection in the Shopping Cart.
Continue to the Checkout page.
Enter the corresponding Black Friday code for your product.
Complete your purchase—your discount will be applied automatically to all eligible items.

All Black Friday offers remain active from November 21 to December 1 at 23:59 CET.
Once the promotion ends, all products return to standard pricing.
Discounts apply to new subscriptions only, except for GameCloud minutes.
Upgrades, renewals, or changes to existing subscriptions are not eligible.
GameCloud discounts apply to minutes packs only.
Metrica Sports reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.

Are the Black Friday discounts available for existing Metrica users?

Discounts on PlayBase and Nexus are available only for new subscriptions. Existing subscribers cannot apply the discount to their current plans or switch to a different subscription tier using the Black Friday code.

Can I upgrade my current plan with the Black Friday discount?

No. Black Friday discounts apply only to new purchases. Upgrading from one Metrica product to another (for example: PlayBase to Nexus, or Prime to Pro) is considered an account change, and therefore the discount cannot be applied.

Can I add the Live Add-on with a discount if I already have Nexus?

No. The Black Friday discount for the Live Add-on is valid only for new Live Add-on subscriptions. Users who already have an active Nexus Prime or Pro subscription cannot add the Live feature at a discounted rate.

If I already use PlayBase, can I buy Nexus with the Black Friday discount?

If your PlayBase subscription is linked to the same Metrica Sports account, the system treats a new Nexus purchase as an upgrade rather than a new subscription. In that case, the Black Friday discount cannot be applied.

Are GameCloud minutes included in the Black Friday promotion?

Yes. GameCloud minutes are discounted for everyone, including existing Metrica Sports users. Minutes are purchased as one-time packs, so they qualify for Black Friday pricing regardless of your current subscription.

Are Academy courses included in the promotion?

Academy courses do not require a discount. The full Nexus Fundamentals program is already free for all users.

How long does the Black Friday promotion last?
