How do I manage licenses within my organization?
Licenses can be managed within the GameCloud's Users section, accessible via the settings menu by subscription Owners and Admins: https://cloud.metrica-sports.com/settings/users
As an Owner or Admin, you can:
Invite users to your organization ("Add Users" button)
These users shall receive an invitation by email, instructing them to create a new account if needed. After accepting the invitation, their licenses are immediately activated
You can also add members to your organization without providing them with a license, by selecting "Unassigned" in the Plan drop-down menu
Multiple users can be invited simultaneously; just add a comma in between each email address when adding your users
If you wish to add new users to a plan, but have already assigned too many of your available licenses, make sure to unassign a sufficient amount of licenses or unlink enough users, prior to adding them
Modify users' roles and licenses
In the Edit User window, accessible by clicking on the pencil icon next to any user, the following options are available:
Assign or unassign a user's active license in the Plan drop-down menu
Select Member or Admin as a user's role:
Any new users are added as Members by default
Admins have the same rights as Owners pertaining to users, however they cannot modify your subscription
Select a new or existing Group to add this user to
Deactivate or unlink users from your organization
Click on the three-dots icon next to any user and select either of the following options:
Select Deactivate if you wish to keep a user in your organization as a non-licensed Member
If you wish to fully remove a user from your Metrica Sports organization, select Unlink from your account
Manage Groups
Groups can be managed within the Groups tab: https://cloud.metrica-sports.com/settings/groups, which is useful for sharing access to Video Projects that have been uploaded to the GameCloud by members of your organization. Members can download and access all Video Projects created by them and other Members of their Group.
Add new Groups by clicking on the "Create Group" button. You can immediately select users to add to this Group
If your organization has available GameCloud Minutes, you can manage the allocated amounts for each Group via the "Manage GameCloud Minutes" button
