Why am I not allowed to use PlayBase or Nexus?

If you are not permitted to use PlayBase or Nexus, these troubleshooting steps may be useful:

  • Your email address was not verified; complete the verification process via the link that was sent when you created your account

  • A different device is linked to your account; reset your device via our Cloud

  • Another account is already linked to your device. If you have access to the other account, try clearing its linked device via the Cloud as outlined above. Otherwise, reach out to our support team for further assistance

  • You do not have the corresponding license; Nexus requires a Nexus license and PlayBase requires a PlayBase license. Ensure that your account has the correct license - you may need to activate your license key via the Cloud
