What happens when I cancel my subscription? Can I get a full or partial refund?

By canceling your subscription, your license remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will be fully canceled. You can undo your subscription cancellation at any time until then to re-activate your subscription’s automatic renewal. Partial refunds for canceling a license before its renewal date do not apply.

Full refunds are generally only awarded to cover duplicate payments. Untimely subscription cancellation does not warrant a refund. Responsibility of subscription management and timely cancellation principally lies with the customer, given that all information regarding your subscription is available via email and via our Cloud platform. In some cases, a credit refund may be possible, awarding an amount in credit equal to the latest payment, to be redeemed with a future purchase.
