Once you’ve finished your analysis and added your visuals, it’s time to export your playlist into video files that you can share with players, staff, or publish online.

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to export your work from PlayBase in a clean and professional video format.

Why Export?

Exporting allows you to:

• Create video presentations to share with others

• Include or exclude visualizations

• Generate individual video files or a single compilation

• Save work for offline viewing or archiving

It’s the final step in turning your in-app analysis into a portable, playable file.

How to Export a Playlist

1. Open the Playlists module

2. Click the three-dot menu (…) on the playlist you want to export

3. Select Export as Video

4. Choose your export options:

   
   

   • Whether or not to include annotations

   • Export as one single file or multiple files

   • Customize the file name structure (e.g. playlist name, clip number, duration)

   
   

5. Click Browse to choose your export folder

6. Click Export

Each video will be saved in .mp4 format and labeled based on your selected structure.

• Keep clips short and clear—this makes exports faster and more effective

• Use the annotations toggle if you want a clean version without visuals

• Use naming conventions to easily sort or batch your files
