‘Undo’ and ‘Delete All’

‘Undo’ and ‘Delete All’

Learn how to quickly remove recent or all visualizations from your clip using PlayBase’s undo and delete tools.

Made a mistake or changed your mind about a visual? PlayBase makes it easy to undo your last action or clear all visuals from a clip in just one click.

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to use the Undo and Delete All tools in the Annotations Module to stay in full control of your edits.

How to Use Undo

  1. While in the Annotations Module, look for the Undo icon in the lower-right corner of the interface

  2. Click once to remove the most recent action (e.g. adding or moving a visual)

  3. Keep clicking to step backward through your recent changes

Undo works immediately and allows you to reverse any visualization action without affecting your clips or tags.

How to Use Delete All

  1. In the same toolbar, click the trash can icon (Delete All)

  2. This will remove all visuals from the currently selected clip

  3. A confirmation message will appear—click to confirm

  4. If needed, you can also Undo this action right after

This is useful when you want to restart your analysis or clean up a clip completely before exporting.

Best Practices

  • Use Undo for quick corrections while editing

  • Use Delete All only when you’re sure you want to wipe all annotations

  • Undo is available even after deleting everything, so you’re never stuck
