Getting Started
Use Presentation Mode to showcase your playlists live, with full control over playback and visual overlays.
Sometimes you don’t need to export—you want to present your clips live. That’s exactly what Presentation Mode in PlayBase is built for.
In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to present a playlist in full screen, switch between clips seamlessly, and control visuals during your analysis session.
What is Presentation Mode?
Presentation Mode is a clean, full-screen viewer designed for meetings, team briefings, or one-on-one analysis. It hides the editing interface and focuses entirely on the video and your annotations.
It’s perfect for:
Live presentations with players or staff
Tactical briefings using visual tools
Displaying clips on a second screen or projector
How to Enter Presentation Mode
Go to the Playlists module
Select the playlist you want to present
Click the Presentation Mode icon (📽️)
The first clip will automatically start in full-screen view
Use the menu at the top-left to switch between playlists
You’ll have full playback control and access to drawing tools during the presentation.
Features Available in Presentation Mode
Jump between clips manually or let them autoplay
Draw on screen using live visualizations
Show or hide overlays and controls
Pause and add drawings mid-presentation
Best Practices
Prepare your playlist order in advance
Use drawings sparingly to keep focus
Combine with Touch Mode for interactive screen control (e.g. on smart displays)
