I cannot add any player drawings, only shapes and arrows

Make sure that you are adding drawings with the correct module. The Visualizations module only has access to shapes, arrows and the dragger tool, and is meant to show momentary drawings in a live setting. Adding player visualizations here requires that your video has been processed for Automated Tracking Data with our GameCloud.

Rather than adding Visualizations to your video, however, try adding Annotations to your clips instead. You can add these annotations by selecting any clip in your playlist and opening the Annotations Module.
