I cannot add any annotations, only in Pauses

When attempting to use dynamic annotations while using the free plan or the Essentials plan, a notification window should pop up to indicate that a license upgrade is needed. Dynamic telestration is available with the PlayBase Plus or PlayBase Advanced plan.
